I had my first taste of Andong Guksi and it was delightful. Using only lean beef to make the broth, there was no greasiness to it at all and the soup was refreshing. I was able to taste everything on the menu and had a really happy time. On the way home, I even got some jjondeugi as a souvenir and had a lovely coffee. It was a great day and a satisfying meal.
My partner and I were pretty hungry, so we ordered a variety of dishes, it was really a lot and everything tasted great! Suyuk literally melts in the mouth, the soup with rice makes a great combination and as for the after-meal soup, was there supposed to be this much meat? There was so much meat, it tasted absolutely delicious when eaten with rice. It was lunchtime so we didn’t drink, but I felt like dancing Ganggangsullae!

The taste of seasoning doesn’t come through at all, the original taste of good ingredients really shines. I recommend you to visit here when you are having a meal with your parents.
I brought my high school daughter here because she was tired and needed to take care of her body. We ordered the Samhap set where we could taste the main dishes of Hansunok Andong Guksi. It was really delicious, especially the Boiled Pork and Andong Guksi. She really enjoyed the meal and even got traditional Korean liquor the next day. The food paired really well with the liquor, making it a great experience.
This place has amazing food..I could really see why it’s famous. You can experience the taste of Andong and all the side dishes are delicious…even the side dish of pickles. And the suyuk…it’s really good. It’s tender and melts in the mouth!! They also sell traditional liquor at an affordable price. It would be great to eat together. And you must try the Andong Guksi. Everything tastes good so I recommend ordering a variety of dishes! It’s a famous place in Yeongdeungpo, so come check it out
