Here’s what people who have visited Daese Bak Moksal (대세 박목살) have to say about their experience.
This is my first time trying such tender pork neck. It’s not tough at all, but rather boasts a beautiful tenderness. It’s totally a game changer. I live nearby and wonder why I only discovered this place now. It’s so tasty! Also, the staff are super friendly. When you pair the pork with Kimchi stew, it tastes even better!
I would highly recommend pork neck and boneless chicken paired with kimchi stew. The chicken is so chunky and completely different from other places. It is so tasty. The pork neck is so tender and has a lot of marbling. The boneless chicken is really soft and the special sauce brings out the old-fashioned fried chicken flavor. I will definitely visit again!
I’ve never tasted such tender pork neck in my life. It feels more like a pork belly rather than a pork neck, and the meat is so good that it’s incredibly tender. It is so tender right after grilling that it suits people like us perfectly who are not good at grilling. It’s super tasty! There are a variety of sauces to dip in and each one is delicious. Remember to try the ‘gondre’ (Korean herb) rice. If you missed it, you would regret it.
The meat is sooo tender! I’m currently on a diet, so I prefer pork neck compared to the pork belly, but who knew pork neck could be this tender? It’s served to us grilled, so it was even more delicious. It was a delight to have a meal here after a weekday workout!!
I couldn’t come here often as it is always crowded. But luckily, I got to visit here today. It’s great that they serve us the meat grilled so we can simply enjoy it. The place is not that large but it has a warm, cozy vibe which I love 🙂
