📌 Recommended menu

1. Pono Bread

Freshly baked in the stone oven, Pono Bread has a crispy exterior and a delightfully chewy inside. The basic version is packed with cheesy goodness, while the special version has an added touch of truffle for deeper flavor. Pair it with prosciutto and Tête de Moine cheese for a perfect combination. It’s an ideal dish to enjoy with a glass of wine.

2. Clams & ‘Nduja

This dish combines fresh clams with spicy ‘nduja sausage, offering a delicious balance of salty and spicy flavors. The clams’ umami and the ‘nduja’s richness make it wonderfully appetizing. Dip some bread into the sauce for an even better experience – a great choice for a wine pairing too.

3. Hidden Pasta (Aglio Olio)

A signature dish by Chef Kim Tae-sung, this Aglio Olio is simple yet packed with depth. The pasta is al dente with a subtle garlic aroma, and the cheese adds a layer of richness. With its balanced flavor, it’s an easy choice that anyone can enjoy. One taste, and it’s unforgettable.

4. Beef Tartare

Finely chopped fresh beef mixed with seasonings, the Beef Tartare is both tender and flavorful. The yolk on top adds a creamy richness, and it’s especially tasty on the side of the bread provided. It pairs excellently with wine and is a must-try for tartare fans.

5. Pen Shell Clam Linguine

This linguine dish combines bouncy pen shell clams with al dente pasta and a refreshing sauce. The touch of lemon adds brightness, and nuts add a pleasant crunch. It’s perfect when you want a lighter meal. If you love seafood and pasta, this one’s a must!
