🍴 Featured Dishes

🐷 Dongpo Pork (40,000 KRW)

A Huizhou-style traditional dish made by slow-cooking soft pork belly with spices, featuring a soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and green onion sauce. This dish is so tender, a gentle press with a spoon might just break it apart, perfectly matching with its rich sauce.

🐑 Crispy Lamb (30,000 KRW)

Crispy lamb is also one of Doryang’s signature dishes. It consists of bite-sized pieces of lamb, thickly coated and deep-fried. The lamb has no gamey smell and is seasoned with cumin, offering a slightly spicy and tingling taste. If you enjoy spicy food, give this a try—it’s perfect as a drink accompaniment. It’s even more delicious topped with fried peppers and green onions.

🍲 Hot Pot (50,000 KRW)

Enjoy this Chinese hot pot with a variety of fresh ingredients and meats, cooked together in a broth of your choice. Tailor your hot pot experience with your preferred broth and meats for a flavor that fits just right.

🍽️ Dongpo Meatballs (100,000 KRW)

Featured on “Black and White Chef,” these meatballs reinterpret the traditional Dongpo pork in bite-sized form, offering a new taste experience while preserving the classic flavors. Make sure to reserve these in advance as they are only available by pre-order.

Including these dishes, Doryang offers a variety of Chinese cuisine that reflects Chef Lim’s culinary philosophy. Located near Gyeongbokgung Palace, it’s also a great spot for a scenic stroll after a satisfying meal. Make sure to book in advance for a guaranteed spot at this popular dining destination!😍
