Escapade to Kid-Friendly Cafes in South Korea

Is the hustle of parenthood hindering your café cravings? Worry not, dear comrades-in-diapers, I’ve stumbled upon some kid-friendly cafes which promise a frolic rendezvous with caffeine.

Seonun-gak (선운각)

Tucked in the lap of Bukhansan, Seonun-gak is famous as an outdoor wedding location and is best enjoyed during the crisp air of spring. Along the cafe, take a delightful stroll through the gallery and enjoy various art pieces. Note: One beverage per person is compulsory.

Daenerys (대너리스)

Situated in Namyangju offering exquisite views of the North Han River, the brunch café Daenerys is a famed spot for a weekend drive from Seoul. You’re set for an European vintage ambiance with a dash of different brunch menus, bread, and coffee. Window seats are an absolute snatch; you’d want to revisit each season to relish their varying hues. Do note, extra caution for families with young children due to abundant stairs. Visit early to skip long queues or you’d end up starving during the wait, however, the stunning view justifies it. The refreshing sight of people water-skiing on the river adds to the charm making it a place one would want to revisit.
